Refund Eligibility:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please review the following conditions to determine if you are eligible for a refund:

Course Refunds: 

One time purchase plan:

You may be eligible for a refund for a course subscription (except Online Prelims Test Series/Mains Master Notes Program) if you request it within 7 days from the date of purchase provided you are able to submit a valid reason for canceling the course and seeking refund. If the reason are found genuine to the management, we will be processing the refund by deducting 25% of the course fees (against platform fees, administrative changes & taxes). Post 7 days we wont be accepting any cancellation/refund requests. 

Installment plan: 

You may be eligible for a refund for a course subscription (except Online Prelims Test Series/Mains Master Notes Program) if you request it within 7 days from the date of purchase provided you are able to submit a valid reason for canceling the course and seeking refund. If the reason are found genuine to the management, we will be processing the refund by deducting 50% of the 1st installment fees (against platform fees, administrative changes & taxes). Post 7 days we wont be accepting any cancellation/refund requests.

Students are requested to make their remaining installment in time (as per installment plan) failing to meet the installment schedules, course access will be discontinued automatically.

Please Note The following items and situations are non-refundable:

Prelims Online Test Series: Fees paid once for Online Test series are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Mains Master Notes Program or Similar Notes centric programs: Any course which mainly comprises of downloadable notes or resources, are non-refundable.
Customized Mentorship/Webinar Program: Any personalized or customized mentorship program, including tutoring or coaching, are non-refundable once the service has been provided. Downloadable digital products that have been accessed or downloaded. Services that have already been provided, in part or in full.
